At the Beach - Sand, Sun & Sex

I'm so excited to be able to share this story with you. When we decided to another round of At the Beach this idea hit me!
Rachael's divorce from Charles Andrew Weston the third was finally months ago, her marriage to him was a nightmare. With a new found freedom and the desire to start fresh Rachael’s thinks the best way to jump start her life is by getting laid. So she heads to her beach house for some sand, sun and hopefully some sex.

So sit back and enjoy the beginning of Sand, Sun & Sex!

Rachael sat on the deck of her beach house soaking up the sun and flipping through the latest Cosmopolitan magazine. The sound of a woman yelping made her look up. A frown formed on her lips as she watched a young couple play around in the water. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes while her heart broke once more. She didn’t want the pain of her divorce to engulf her again after she’d finally been able to pick up the pieces and live after the nightmare of her brief marriage to Charles Andrew Weston the third.

As the sun beat down on her she allowed the past to come flooding back one more time, this time she hopped she could put it behind her for good and move on. Rachael met Charles when she was nineteen. He was twenty-seven, devastatingly handsome, and swept her off her feet immediately. He came from a family that had power and wealth. They married a year later. At first, Rachael thought her life was a dream. Money never really mattered to her, so to be submersed into his world took some getting used to. After the first year Charles started to become angry and withdrawn. The hours of love making they once shared turned into a meaningless sex that she got nothing out of. Opening her eyes, she wiped away a tear. At first Charles started yelling and putting her down, then he began to shake her and push her around. Before long the abuse stepped up a notch, and it never ended until she finally got the courage to walk away after she suffered a miscarriage. She knew she had to leave or she would surely end up dead. She found out the hard way that Weston men didn’t love, they possessed.

Rachael was ready to start living again, she was sick of being numb and just existing. She longed to feel again. At twenty-six she found herself with a hearty divorce settlement. She bought a small townhouse and then purchased this cozy beach house for a place to kick back and relax. This week she had big plans. The club down the road was notorious for hook-ups. It had been months since Rachael had sex, years since she had good sex, so her number one priority was getting laid. She just prayed she wouldn’t chicken out and hoped that a good roll in the hay was what she needed to jump start her life. Yes, this week would be full of sun, sand, and sex.

The doorbell chimed startling her. Rachael placed her magazine down and slowly got up. Who could that be? Her heart skipped a beat when she saw who standing on the other side of the glass door. He was the last person she ever expected to see.
